The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of Black Vault Partners through structured market expansion, introducer relationships, and strategic partnership development. This role is suited to someone who combines commercial instinct with discipline, maturity, and strong execution. The successful candidate will help expand the company’s reach by building high-value professional relationships and contributing to long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Build relationships with introducers, professional contacts, and commercial partners
- Identify new channels for lead generation and market access
- Maintain structured reporting on business development activity
- Work closely with internal teams to support opportunity conversion
- Represent the company in meetings and relationship-building environments
- Contribute to the commercial growth and market presence of Black Vault Partners

Candidate Profile
The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
- Experience in business development, finance, lending, property, or commercial relationship management
- Strong networking and partnership-building ability
- A professional and credible approach to external relationship handling
- Commercial judgement, accountability, and consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
