About Nurtur
Nurtur is a group of SaaS and proptech brands helping businesses across the UK property industry generate more revenue, make better use of their data and improve marketing performance.
Our technology covers areas including websites, digital marketing, lead generation, email marketing, customer engagement, AI, data and marketing automation. Together, these solutions help estate and letting agents create more opportunities, improve efficiency and demonstrate measurable ROI.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Derby.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing your own pipeline and selling solutions from across the wider Nurtur product portfolio.
Rather than selling one product in isolation, you will work with estate agents and property businesses to understand how they currently generate business, communicate with customers and use technology. From there, you will identify the Nurtur solutions that can make the biggest commercial difference.
This could include helping customers generate more vendor and landlord opportunities, improve their digital presence, make better use of their database, automate customer communication or improve the way they capture and convert enquiries.
You will own opportunities from initial prospecting through to discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
