Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth and expanding Fox Group’s client base in the property maintenance sector. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients

This role involves:
- Developing and executing business development strategies
- Preparing proposals and bids
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service offerings align with market demand
The Business Development Manager will:
- Analyze market trends

- Provide regular reports on pipeline activity and revenue projections

Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or related service industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Comfort with CRM tools, productivity software, and remote collaboration platforms is advantageous.
