We're partnering with BSE UK Limited to find a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South of the UK.
This isn't an account management role. It's about opening doors, spotting opportunities and winning new business with organisations that are expanding, relocating or looking to transform their warehouse operations.
BSE UK has over 50 years' experience delivering warehouse storage, racking and space optimisation solutions, and you'll have an experienced technical and project team behind you to turn opportunities into fully designed solutions.

What you'll be doing:
- Building and owning your sales pipeline across the South
- Targeting warehousing, logistics, distribution, fulfilment and industrial businesses
- Getting in front of Operations Directors, Supply Chain leaders, Facilities Managers and Procurement teams
- Identifying warehouse moves, expansions, refurbishments and optimisation projects
- Taking opportunities from first conversation through to commercial proposal
- Developing relationships that lead to repeat and long-term business

We're keen to hear from proven B2B sales professionals from material handling/MHE, warehouse automation, intralogistics, industrial equipment, warehouse fit-out, facilities management, construction or logistics solutions.
What matters is that you can prospect, open doors, build relationships and win business.
You'll need a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling across the South, but there's flexibility around where you're based within the territory.
