Business Development Manager
Location: London
Salary: £35,000–£60,000 + market-leading commission
About the Role
Multiple opportunities are available for experienced Business Development Managers across London’s commercial real estate, commercial agency, and Design & Build markets. These positions are suited to proactive, commercially driven individuals who are confident picking up the phone, reaching senior decision-makers, and turning targeted conversations into qualified meetings and genuine project opportunities.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and approaching prospective clients
- Building relationships across the London commercial property market
- Creating opportunities for senior teams to convert

Responsibilities
- Researching target businesses, projects, and decision-makers
- Making consistent, high-quality outbound calls
- Engaging commercial agents, project managers, occupiers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Securing qualified meetings for senior directors
- Maintaining and developing relationships across the market
- Managing a structured pipeline and recording activity accurately
- Representing the business professionally at meetings and industry events
Essential Experience
Previous experience within at least one of the following London markets is essential:
