Consult are pleased to announce that we are once again working with a close customer of ours, a leading global producer of dental equipment and technology, who are seeking a highly driven Dental Professional to join their dynamic sales team as a BDM.

This isn’t your typical sales role and this prestigious organisation, with a long history, is not your typical dental company. They've transformed the market by focusing on prevention as the path to a healthier smile. They not only provide revolutionary oral health products such as toothbrushes, brush heads, flossing and interdental equipment, but they also provide dental professionals with the training and resources they need to properly embody the philosophy.

Their aim extends beyond white teeth to cultivating a culture of healthy habits for a lifetime of pleasant smiles. So, if you're searching for a brand that prioritizes both cutting-edge products and long-term oral wellness, this organisation might be the perfect fit for you…

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
