Pouches.co.uk is a growing and forward-thinking flexible packaging manufacturer specialising in high-quality digital pouches & film, for a wide range of industries including food & drink, pet food, cosmetics, healthcare, and sports nutrition. Our packaging is used by many of the biggest brands on supermarket shelves, and by emerging breakthrough brands who sell their products on TikTok / Amazon.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the fastest growing company within the Asteria Group
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and commercially driven Business Development Manager to:
- Develop new business opportunities within the digital labels market
- Account manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- Sell high-quality digital packaging solutions across multiple sectors
- Cross-sell wider group capabilities including flexo labels / cartons from other Asteria sites
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Build long-term partnerships with manufacturers and brand owners
- Work closely with production and technical teams to deliver exceptional service
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets

This role offers genuine progression within a growing UK site backed by a major European packaging group.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious, energetic, and target-driven
- Self-motivator, able to find your own way of working
- Proactive and hardworking with a strong new business mindset
- Confident in both new business development and account management
- Experienced in B2B sales (labels, print, or packaging experience preferred but not essential)
- Commercially aware with excellent relationship-building skills
- Comfortable selling value and technical solutions
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
