Business Development Manager — Remote (UK)
Our client is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK, working fully remotely. This is a genuine hunter role for someone who loves opening doors, building relationships, and closing. We give you the tools, the territory, and an uncapped commission structure — you bring the drive.

What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
- Build and manage your own pipeline across a UK-wide territory
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Hit and beat quarterly revenue targets
- Represent the business at occasional client meetings and industry events
What you'll need
- A proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Confidence running your own desk and managing your own diary from home
- Strong commercial instincts and genuine hunger to earn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence
