Business Development Manager – Basic £40k, Uncapped OTE realistically £100k plus – Harlow Office with Customer Visits as Required – Commercial Maintenance and Facilities Management
Established for a decade, this highly successful business is a trusted partner of many global brands in retail and hospitality, to manage their planned and reactive maintenance requirements.
As part of their strategic growth strategy, they are recruiting two Business Development Managers to join their friendly, stable, and supportive team. With a well-managed sales pipeline and Hubspot CRM, there are many opportunities for quick wins.

Role Details
This is a highly lucrative opportunity as commission is paid as 2% of all business you bring on (turnover), with contract values ranging from £100,000 to more than £1 million.
Commission is uncapped but first year's earnings are realistically £100,000 or more and significantly higher in the second year.
Requirements
Whilst a background in facilities management or maintenance services is ideal, more important is your hunger and ability to pick up a phone, engage with customers, and follow a sales process. As such, applications are invited from professional business developers, from any proactive, outbound B2B sectors.
