This Inside Sales / Business Development Sales position is responsible for the direct sale of BU/Region products and services.
What you will do
- Generate revenue to exceed sales quotas through outbound sales to net new logos and prospective clients.
- Contact assigned leads/customers within the book of business via inside sales environment, with potential for travel to close larger opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential and manage relationships to execute sales.
- Orchestrate internal support to assist with closing, negotiations, etc.
- Maintain pipeline, enter prospect data and leads into database.
- Role may require 5-10% regional travel
What experience you need
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2-5 years of related Sales experience including demonstrated experience:
- Identifying prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other databases to build leads
- Qualifying leads
- Being held accountable to and creating top of funnel new opportunity creation
- Demonstration of overcoming objections in a sales process
- Having familiarity of Business Acumen
- Accountable for and knowledgeable in pipeline creation
- Negotiating and closing small size deals
- Developing tailored presentation and presenting to decision makers
- Basic use of Social Selling, including use of Linkedin tools.
