Job Purpose
We're looking for a genuine hunter to join our sales team — someone driven and hungry to find new business, not just work opportunities that land on their desk. This is a full 360 sales role: you'll generate your own leads, build relationships, present and pitch our offering, negotiate, and close new business, owning the whole journey from first conversation to signed deal. Expect a healthy mix of time in the office and out on the road meeting clients face to face.
You won't be doing this alone — you'll have a support team on hand whose job is to help find and create new opportunities, feeding your pipeline and freeing you up to focus on the conversations that matter most. But make no mistake: this is still very much a role for someone who loves the chase. You'll be expected to get out there and generate a meaningful share of your own new business too, not simply work a queue of handed-over leads. If you get a genuine buzz from opening doors yourself and turning a cold conversation into a client, this is the role for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
