EvoCyte is a specialized distribution company representing three leading South Korean manufacturing companies in the field of Regenerative Aesthetics and Longevity. Joining EvoCyte offers the opportunity to work with innovative products and high-growth brands in the aesthetic and dermatology sector.
Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London and home counties, United Kingdom. This role focuses on driving sales growth and market penetration for EvoCyte’s regenerative portfolio across the UK and Ireland, including exosome products, radiofrequency devices, and advanced cosmeceuticals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clinics, aesthetic practitioners, distributors, and key opinion leaders
- Delivering product presentations and demonstrations
- Planning and executing territory strategies
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing ongoing account support and training
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and events
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Reporting performance metrics to leadership

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or a related healthcare sales environment.
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Solid negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen to support sustainable revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical science, medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology or a related life sciences is a must.

- Able to identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations, presentations, training sessions, and educational meetings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a territory, customer pipeline, and multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales activity and customer records.
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit clinics and customers.
