Role Purpose
Build relationships with employers and sell apprenticeships and staff training.
Win new business and encourage existing customers to use more services.
Help employers find training that meets their staffing and skills needs.
Responsibilities
- Contact new employers to discuss apprenticeships and training.
- Keep in touch with existing customers and offer further support.
- Help employers set up apprenticeship accounts and complete paperwork.
- Find employers offering work placements and pass details to the placement team.
- Attend networking events and explain the services available.
- Keep customer records updated and work with internal teams to resolve queries.

- Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Understand business needs, apprenticeships, and staff training.
- Experience in at least two areas: business planning, marketing, sales, or customer databases and networking.
- Good communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills; able to work independently and with others.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work.
- Completion of an enhanced DBS check with barred list information before starting.
