About Prism
Prism is expanding its hotel portfolio and brands across the UK, including Sunday Hotels, Belvilla and OYO Hotels.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure new hotel opportunities across the UK. The role will involve building relationships with hotel owners and landlords, developing a strong pipeline, negotiating commercial terms and taking opportunities through to signing and successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new hotel opportunities across the UK for Prism's brands, including Sunday Hotels, Belvilla and OYO Hotels.
- Prospect, engage and build relationships with hotel owners, landlords, operators and investors.
- Build and manage a high-quality business development pipeline, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to conversion.
- Warm up and qualify prospects, understand their requirements and present the most suitable Prism commercial proposition.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations and close opportunities, including lease and franchise agreements, through to contract signing.
- Own opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, signing and property onboarding.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Revenue Management, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting, ensuring all opportunities, activities and next steps are up to date.
- Monitor UK hotel market trends and identify new markets, properties and expansion opportunities for Prism's brands.
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management and other teams after signing to ensure successful onboarding, monitor property performance and identify commercial opportunities.
- Develop joint business plans with hotel owners and partners, establishing clear commercial objectives, growth opportunities and performance expectations.
- Deliver agreed business development, signing, pipeline and revenue targets across the UK.
- Travel across the UK for property meetings, negotiations, signings and key stakeholder engagements as required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, hospitality, real estate or a related commercial field.
- Strong prospecting, sales and pipeline-management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to assess business opportunities.
- Experience engaging with hotel owners, landlords, operators, investors or senior decision-makers is preferred.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven and accountable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Qualified hotel opportunities generated.
- Pipeline value and growth.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, persistent and highly relationship-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities, build trust with hotel owners, negotiate effectively and take deals through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality, take ownership of their pipeline and be equally comfortable generating new opportunities, negotiating with senior stakeholders and working with internal teams to ensure successful property onboarding and performance.
