Enterprise Business Development Manager, Healthcare & NHS Platforms (Woking / Hybrid)
We are partnered with a long-established, purpose-driven UK technology provider specialising in user-experience software and digital engagement platforms for the NHS and broader public sector. Backed by a strong track record of profitability and an established footprint across dozens of NHS Trusts, the business is entering a high-growth phase aiming to double revenue year-on-year. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will lead new business acquisition and expand strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business acquisition and outreach across NHS Trusts and healthcare organizations
- Expanding footprint within existing NHS clients by cross-selling advanced platform solutions and intranet enhancements
- Navigating complex NHS procurement processes, budget cycles, and multi-stakeholder approval boards
- Building relationships with senior NHS leadership, IT directors, and operational stakeholders to map out long-term digital transformation plans
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and pipeline generation through to contract negotiation and closing
- Working closely with internal product and solutions teams to align customer requirements with platform capabilities

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or complex MedTech sales directly into the NHS
- Deep knowledge of NHS procurement routes, decision-making hierarchies, and public sector budget cycles
- Strong commitment to new business generation ("hunter" mindset) paired with strategic account expansion skills
- Demonstrable career stability with a consistent track record of hitting target quotas
- Ability to work 3 days a week on-site at the Woking office alongside field travel
