Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Car Allowance
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) divisions.
This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise clients across multiple sectors including healthcare, recruitment, finance, technology, customer services, HR, marketing, engineering, and professional services.
You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding workforce challenges, and designing outsourcing solutions that deliver measurable commercial value.
This role requires regular travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and internationally to attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new RPO and BPO opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, and win new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, Procurement teams, and Operations Directors.
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and market intelligence.
- Deliver compelling presentations and consultative sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Understand client workforce challenges and develop tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, commercial tenders, and contract documentation.
- Lead negotiations through to contract signature.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Work closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Represent the business at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients to encourage contract expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- Experience selling outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or managed services.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience generating new business through cold outreach and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with strong proposal-writing and solution-selling skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value contracts.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

- Experience selling RPO, MSP, or BPO solutions.
- Existing network within UK and Irish enterprise organizations.
- Experience responding to public and private sector tenders.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and outsourcing strategies.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
