Company Description
Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd are a UK-based manufacturer of industrial labelling systems, coding/marking equipment and automated product handling systems.
For 30 years we proudly design, build, and support complete labelling solutions for production lines across food, pharmaceutical, logistics and manufacturing industries. We also manufacture self-adhesive labels in-house and are a specialist supplier of EAS and RFID labels and tags.
In 2023 we joined Possehl Group and are in the, then formed PID (Possehl Identification Solutions) division which host some of the sectors biggest brands.
Role Description
This is a rare opportunity, and newly created role, to join a long-established machine manufacturing company where, in a full-time role you will seek out new business opportunities at all levels helping branch out into new industries.

You will be offering our ranges of Etipack/Novexx/Eidos/Design ID software and Inkjet systems together with ALS custom-built solutions across the UK and NI for (ALS) Advanced Labelling Systems. Working location depends on the right candidate but ideally central regions.
The New Business Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including account management and pipeline management via CRM. This is a hybrid role, with most of your work being conducted between Home/Thame and Site locations. There are also realistic opportunities to advance your career for the right person.

Skills/Experience Desired
- 5 years+ in the label/print and apply industry
- Proven track record in Account Management and Sales
- Experience with FMCG operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible and adaptable
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields
