Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on driving growth for Ambassador Medical Surgical Equipment and Instruments. This role involves:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers
  • Promoting endoscopy and surgical equipment solutions

  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Preparing proposals and quotations
  • Participating in product demonstrations and presentations

The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams on:

  • Pricing strategies
  • Contract negotiations
  • Customer service follow-up to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing support experience

Additionally, the role includes:

  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Reporting on market trends
  • Contributing to strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and relationship building within healthcare or medical device markets.
  • Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and a structured sales pipeline.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, productivity software, and digital tools to document activities and analyze performance.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment, particularly endoscopy and surgical systems, or a strong willingness to learn technical product details.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales, medical devices, or healthcare solutions is highly beneficial.
