AI Business Development Manager | London | £100,000 basic + 100% OTE
A Managed Service Provider with a genuinely rare position in the current AI infrastructure market is looking for a strategic, hunter-focused Business Development Manager to lead their expansion into the space. This business owns its own data centre with 4MW of vacant power ready for immediate deployment, meaning you are selling availability in a market where most competitors simply cannot fulfil demand. In this role, you will architect the GTM strategy, define the pricing models, and build the commercial division from scratch.
What's in it for you?
- In a capacity-constrained market, you are selling available power and rack space that competitors cannot match, giving you a genuine edge in every conversation
- Design the GTM strategy, define pricing models, and select ICPs from scratch, with the backing of a dedicated SDR team keeping your diary full so you can focus on high-level execution and closing
- Work in a high-growth sector where deal sizes are significant and the upside is real, your commission will double your basic salary if you are performing.
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week in Blackfriars, London

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
