Business Development Manager – Private Hospitals | National
£65,000 Basic + 30% Bonus | Excellent Corporate Benefits + Car

We’re recruiting for a market-leading UK-listed healthcare company specialising in the supply of theatre products and clinical solutions to NHS and private hospitals across the UK. With a strong reputation in the theatre environment and a broad portfolio spanning procedure packs, surgical instruments, drapes, gowns and wound care solutions, the business is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the private hospital sector.

WHAT WILL YOU BE SELLING?
A portfolio of clinical solutions including:
- Custom Procedure Packs
- Single-Use Surgical Instruments
- Wound Care Packs
- Dressing Packs
- Drapes & Gowns
These solutions are used across a variety of surgical specialties.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Has experience selling into hospitals and operating theatres
- Has some private hospital experience
- Comes from a single-use surgical, procedure pack or consumables background
- Is genuinely new-business focused and confident closing deals
- Can build strong relationships with both clinical and procurement stakeholders
- Is commercially driven, self-motivated and target-focused
- Operates with integrity and professionalism
