Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Role in Premium Fitness Brand

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, premium fitness brand with a new flagship studio in one of London’s most commercially valuable locations. The brand combines an accessible price point with a premium experience and strong community, with significant untapped potential across the local corporate, hospitality, and membership market.

The Basics:

  • Salary: £38,000 + uncapped commission
  • Location: Central London
  • Hours: Full-time, on-site
  • Opportunity: to grow within a multi-site, growing, premium wellness business!

This is a true business development role with ownership of the local commercial strategy. You’ll be responsible for getting the brand in front of the right businesses, building partnerships, and turning relationships into revenue. The role has plenty of autonomy, with a clear focus on activity, pipeline, and results.

The Role...

Corporate + B2B Sales:

  • Identify and target businesses across the local corporate market.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and convert them into corporate partnerships and memberships.
  • Sell the wider benefits of the brand, not simply a fitness product.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
