Business Development Manager

Field Sales | Territory Based

Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Location: Field Based - East Midlands

Like being out meeting people instead of sitting behind a desk?

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join the rapidly growing world of out-of-home parcel lockers. This is a field-based role focused on identifying, developing and securing new locker locations across your territory.

This is a genuine field sales role. You'll spend most of your time meeting independent business owners, retailers and commercial landlords, building relationships and securing agreements for new parcel locker locations.

If you've sold into convenience retail, independent businesses, forecourts, hospitality, leisure, property or local commercial markets, we'd love to hear from you. We're also interested in ambitious field sales professionals who thrive on prospecting, building relationships and winning new business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
