Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence by developing strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching market trends.
- Managing client and partner relationships.
- Developing and executing sales strategies.
- Forecasting business performance.
- Supporting brand awareness through networking and marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and contribute to the organisation's long-term growth objectives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Degree in a relevant subject is desirable but not essential.
