About the Role
Lumii is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help us find new UK customers, build strong relationships, and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of developing new opportunities, from starting conversations and understanding customer needs through to winning new business and building long-term client relationships.
Compensation
We offer a strong recurring commission structure. When you bring a customer to Lumii, you continue to earn commission for the duration of their subscription, rewarding you for building valuable, lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Energy experience is a plus, but not essential.
- We’re interested in people with strong transferable experience from B2B sales, insurance, financial or professional services, telecoms, account management, call centres, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
