We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Business Development Manager within the UK Trade and Export Team in Halesowen.
About the role:
You’ll be our full-time salesperson focusing on external sales. Expect to be out on the road visiting customers as well as office based. You’ll be dealing with existing customers upselling and targeting new customers.
Ideally, you’ll be experienced with trade sales and customers, we are looking for someone with industry experience and an excellent track record in this space.

You’ll be highly commercial and driven to make that sale! Sound experience of tracking customers and sales strategy is essential.

What we’re looking for in our Business Development Manager
- MRO Industry experience and knowledge.
- Experience with Trade sales.
- Evidence of customer relationships in this space.
- Highly commercial
- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
- Good systems knowledge and IT skills
- Confident communicator - not afraid to cold call cross industry.
- Thrive in a role where you are given a high level of autonomy and trusted to deliver.
- Ability to have challenging conversations and influence.
