YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international brands with luxury leather goods hardware, high-end fashion jewelry, and precision metal components. Our leather goods hardware capabilities combine product development, precision engineering, metal manufacturing, surface finishing, and quality management.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in London to strengthen our relationships with luxury brands, accessories businesses, sourcing teams, and product-development professionals in the UK market. This role combines business development with strategic account relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Identify relevant luxury, fashion, leather goods, and accessories brands in the UK market.
- Develop relationships with sourcing, procurement, product-development, and commercial teams.
- Introduce YIBI’s hardware development and manufacturing capabilities.
- Support new client conversations and early-stage product opportunities.
- Identify potential strategic accounts and partnership opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence on UK luxury and accessories businesses.

Qualifications
Experience in business development, sourcing, account management, procurement, or partnerships.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with luxury goods, accessories, leather goods, or premium consumer products.
- Strong networking and communication capabilities.
- Commercial understanding of international B2B relationships.
- Existing UK luxury or fashion-industry connections are preferred.
