Business Development Manager - Hotels, Hospitality & Restaurant Groups
📍 Hybrid - 3 days per week in Orpington office + travel to customer sites
💰 £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary
🎯 OTE £60,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped monthly commission)
🚗 Travel expenses covered
We're working with an established, sustainability-focused business experiencing continued growth and looking for a commercially driven BDM to own growth across the UK hospitality market.
A key focus will be developing direct relationships with hotels, national pub chains, and restaurant groups, identifying decision-makers, and turning new opportunities into long-term, multi-site partnerships.

You'll be responsible for:
🔹 Winning new business across hotels, pub groups & restaurant chains
🔹 Opening doors with senior Procurement, Operations, H&S, ESG & Culinary stakeholders
🔹 Mapping multi-site organisations and developing strategic account plans
🔹 Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
🔹 Converting initial wins into multi-site and national rollouts
🔹 Growing and developing strategic hospitality accounts

We're looking for a hungry B2B salesperson with 2+ years' experience and a proven new-business track record. Experience selling into hotel groups, pub chains, restaurant groups, or other multi-site hospitality businesses is highly desirable.
You'll need to be commercially sharp, confident engaging senior decision-makers, and capable of opening doors within complex organisations.
