CCL Components Ltd is an award-winning specialist distributor supplying leading products across the Solar PV, Energy Storage, Off-Grid and EV markets.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager for Southern England to join our UK sales team, with a strong focus on winning new customers, growing revenue and developing long-term relationships.
The Role
You will spend around 3–4 days per week in the field, meeting customers and prospects across your territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and winning new business.
- Developing existing customer accounts.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
- Delivering agreed revenue and margin targets.
- Promoting CCL's full product and service offering.
- Working closely with our internal sales team and manufacturer partners.
- Attending trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
- Keeping CRM activity, opportunities and forecasts up to date.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Target-driven, proactive and commercially focused.
- Confident prospecting and closing new business.
- Experienced in B2B sales, account management or business development.
- A strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Able to demonstrate a successful sales track record.

Experience within Solar, Renewables, Electrical Wholesale, Power Solutions or Technical Distribution would be advantageous but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
