Remote | Denmark & Sweden
Help ambitious businesses grow across one of Europe's most exciting markets.
BTB is partnering with an innovative, fast-growing organisation that has built a market-leading position within its sector and is now seeking a commercially minded Nordic Sales Manager to drive growth across Denmark and Sweden.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business that combines entrepreneurial energy with an established customer network. You'll inherit and develop key accounts, build trusted relationships with business owners, identify new commercial opportunities, and play a central role in the continued expansion of the Nordic operation.
Rather than simply selling a product or service, you'll act as a strategic partner to your clients. You'll help them achieve their commercial objectives, improve engagement, maximise performance and unlock growth opportunities, becoming a valued extension of their business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of established accounts across Denmark and Sweden.
- Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Conducting regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Supporting regional business development initiatives and events.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Delivering commercial guidance, training and support to customers.
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
