The Opportunity
Your focus will be opening doors, building relationships and turning prospects into long-term customers. You’ll take ownership of new business development across your territory, helping hotels and restaurants understand how the range can support their operational needs and sustainability goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and winning new hotel and restaurant accounts across London and the South East.
- Managing the sales process from initial approach and product demonstrations through to negotiation and close.
- Developing lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners to grow profitable, repeat business.
- Working with colleagues on sales forecasts, customer requirements and new opportunities.
- Bringing customer insight into wider activity, including marketing and product development.

What you’ll bring
- Experience in winning sales within hospitality or foodservice, alongside the confidence to build relationships with all levels.
- Being resourceful, commercially minded and motivated by the opportunity to make things happen. Comfortable working in a small, growing business, you’ll enjoy taking ownership.
