Business Development Manager

Location: Finchley, London
Industry: International Supplements / Health & Wellness

We are working with a fast-growing international supplements brand based in Finchley, London. Over the past few years, they’ve built a globally recognised presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces and retail channels, selling millions of units worldwide and earning the trust of customers across multiple markets.
Now, we’re entering our most ambitious chapter yet. With strong foundations, proven products, and rapidly expanding global demand, the business is accelerating into a new phase of growth, innovation, and international scale.

About the Role

We are an ambitious and fast-growing international supplements business, and we’re looking for our first Business Development Manager to build and lead our sales function from the ground up.

This is a foundational hire—someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape strategy, create structure, and drive meaningful growth across both the UK retail and international wholesale markets.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding our UK retail footprint while unlocking significant untapped potential in our inbound international B2B wholesale enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Expansion (UK)

  • Identify, target, and secure new retail partnerships across the UK (independent stores, chains, and specialist retailers)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store owners
  • Develop tailored pitches and strategies to increase product placement and visibility

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
