Salary: £40,000 + £15,000 commission + £6,500 car allowance

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across Birmingham. The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and winning new business across:
- QSRs
- Independent Restaurants
- Cafés & Coffee Shops
- Street Food Operators & Events
- Independent Groups & Franchises
Working with Owners, Directors, and key decision-makers, you'll deliver tailored foodservice solutions across fresh, frozen, ambient, drinks, dairy, meat, bakery, and consumables. This is a field-based, highly autonomous role ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, networking, winning new accounts, and exceeding targets.

About You
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong new business / business development background
- Experience selling food, drink, or foodservice products
- Track record of generating and winning new accounts
- Commercially driven with a hunter mentality
- Full UK driving licence
