An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BD Manager to lead strategic BD activity within a high-performing Government sector group at a leading national law firm. This role forms a key part of a growing Client & Marketing function and will suit someone who thrives on building strong relationships, shaping market strategy and driving targeted initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working closely with the Government sector lead to develop and implement a clear, insight-driven strategy. The role involves deep market engagement, proactive planning and hands-on delivery across client development, new business targeting, profile raising and campaigns.
