Severn Trent Services provides essential water and wastewater solutions to municipal and industrial clients across the UK, including specialist support to organisations such as the Ministry of Defence.
Aqualytix is the specialist water hygiene and compliance division within Severn Trent Services. The business focuses on the prevention and management of Legionella and other waterborne risks within domestic and commercial water systems. In addition, Aqualytix supports clients in the operation and optimisation of water and wastewater treatment assets, including cooling towers, softeners, closed systems, and associated infrastructure.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in London / Southern Region with the flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with operation teams, developing accounts, resolving client queries, preparing reports, and ensuring project timelines are met. Collaboration with all internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications
- Essential - Account management and client relationship management skills within the water industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment or other relevant industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
