Business Development Manager
Want to get in early with a business building the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI?
I’m working with an exciting early-stage technology company developing a SaaS platform that gives AI businesses access to GPU compute and cloud infrastructure — and they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help take it to market.
This is a genuinely new business-focused role. You’ll be building your own pipeline, getting out to events, starting conversations and turning them into customers and partnerships across the AI, data centre, cloud and HPC ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new customers across the AI and data centre ecosystem
- Building relationships with compute providers, resellers and strategic partners
- Creating your own pipeline through networking, events and proactive outreach
- Taking prospects through trials and into commercial customers
- Working closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the commercial strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
