Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 base salary + uncapped OTE (£100k +)

Location: Hybrid working (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Senior B2B Sales Executive to drive outbound new business acquisition and handle executive-level deal negotiations across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & New Business: Proactively build, manage, and execute outbound campaigns to generate new revenue streams.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Pitch, negotiate, and close deals across SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments with no sector or geographic restrictions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work alongside dedicated SDR resources and leverage inbound marketing leads to maximise conversion rates.
  • Commercial Expansion: Manage initial upsell opportunities during the deal sign-off phase before delivering a seamless handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently deliver against core sales metrics, targeting £1,000 in monthly new business MRR, alongside managing an existing portfolio baseline and working towards quarterly projections of £4,000 to £5,000 MRR.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Track Record: Solid experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within SaaS, software, or technology platforms.
  • Executive Communication: Outstanding articulate presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence C-suite decision-makers.
  • Resilience & Energy: Self-motivated, high-energy mindset with a drive to consistently beat monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled at identifying commercial upsell opportunities during closing phases.
