Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and develop strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop key accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
  • Support tender submissions and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Monitor sales targets, conversion rates, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
  • Provide regular business development and sales performance updates to management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a B2B environment
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and other Sales tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at various levels
  • Energetic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics is a plus
