Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid working: Flexible/Hybrid (Minimum 3 days mandatory per week in our London office)
Location: Centennial Park, Elstree but relocating to London Bridge from January 2027
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
About the Role:
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Business Development Manager to join our EMEA & ROW Sales team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will take ownership of a portfolio of Tier 3 distributor accounts, while also providing commercial and analytical support across the wider B2B business. The successful candidate will combine strong account management and execution with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, support new business development and improve commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of approximately six Tier 3 distributor accounts across EMEA & ROW region.
- Own day-to-day distributor relationships, including regular commercial meetings, performance reviews and follow-up of agreed actions.
- Develop appropriate account strategies aligned with regional and brand priorities.
- Partner with distributors to plan and execute marketing, education, activation and commercial initiatives.
- Track sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying risks and opportunities and driving appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts in Anaplan and support the monthly IBP process, ensuring assumptions, risks and opportunities are clearly reflected.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, Supply Chain and Finance to support effective execution within assigned markets.
B2B Data & Commercial Insights
- Provide analytical support to the wider B2B Sales team, translating data into clear commercial insights and recommended actions.
- Analyse overall product and NPD performance, providing insights to support SLOB management, decision-making and action planning.
- Partner with the Data team to ensure relevant B2B reporting and KPIs are effectively captured in Tableau, including distributor customer net sales, new door openings, door productivity and other key commercial metrics.
- Use sales and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support improved B2B forecast accuracy.
- Support B2B performance reviews, annual business planning and regional strategic projects with relevant data and commercial insights.

New Business Support
- Support the New Business with commercial planning and preparation for new account launches.
- Build and maintain bottom-up forecasts and initial order plans, including SKU, door and productivity assumptions.
- Ensure new business forecasts and key commercial assumptions are accurately maintained in Anaplan.
Requirements:
Essential
- Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales, ideally within beauty, skincare, FMCG or a distributor-led international business.
- Experience managing distributors or B2B customers, with confidence building relationships and driving commercial plans.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into clear actions.
- Strong analytical and Google Sheet skills, with experience working with sales, customer and product-level data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, Finance and Data teams.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple markets, accounts and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and follow-through, ensuring actions are delivered accurately and on time.
Desirable
- Exposure to demand forecasting and planning tools, specifically Anaplan (or SAP IBP).
- Direct experience using Tableau or similar BI platforms (Power BI, Looker) to analyse B2B KPIs and brief reporting needs.
