Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location

United Kingdom (UK) – focusing on the Midlands and East Coast area

At Rehasense, we are looking for an ambitious, results-driven individual with deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience in the mobility market to take full ownership of rebuilding and driving our sales performance, as well as strengthening our market position across the UK (specifically focusing on the Midlands and East Coast). In this pivotal role, you will manage relationships with our dealer network, business partners, and healthcare institutions while operating with a high degree of independence.

Your Tasks

  • Rebuild and dynamically grow sales performance by actively promoting our core product lines (rollators, wheelchairs, and mobility equipment) throughout the Midlands and East Coast of England via our dealer network.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with major B2B clients, medical and mobility equipment distributors, and care facilities.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities to acquire key accounts and expand our footprint within the mobility sector across the designated territory.
  • Lead advanced commercial negotiations, framework agreements, and tailored offer preparations specifically aligned with the mobility and disability equipment market.
  • Conduct regular sales data analysis, market potential assessments, and forecasting to present clear reports to upper management.
  • Deliver high-impact product presentations and represent Rehasense at major industry trade shows and conferences dedicated to the mobility and healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure top-tier service delivery to key dealers.
  • Monitor market dynamics within the mobility sector, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to fuel strategic product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Strict Requirement: Proven track record and extensive experience as a Key Account Manager, BDM, or Sales Manager specifically within the B2B mobility sector, rehabilitation equipment, orthopedic, or disability equipment industry.
  • Strong capability to manage complex, long-cycle sales processes and commercial partnerships with dealers and retail partners.
  • Deep understanding of the UK mobility market dynamics and relevant distribution channels.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); strong familiarity with the UK market is essential.
  • Outstanding negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at executive and decision-making levels.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and structured with exceptional territory management skills (covering the Midlands and East Coast).
  • Active driving licence and readiness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
