Business Development Manager - OPI
Territory: Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge, Norwich & surrounding areas.
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus, company car & fuel card

As a Business Development Manager you will drive growth within your Territory by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This includes an average of 8 client interactions per day, ensuring tailored solutions that maximize their success with OPI products.
We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in direct selling, strong negotiating skills, and a passion for closing deals. Your ability to communicate persuasively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

- Delivery of Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets based on territory turnover, active customers buying from OPI
- Drive customer loyalty
- Build strong relationships
- Attract New Customers
- Grow Clients' spend using the portfolio
