About Dizplai

At Dizplai, we transform passive audiences into active communities that drive culture, conversation, and commerce. We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment, helping them turn attention into lasting commercial value.

By combining creative consultancy, interactive technology, and data-driven insights, we help unlock the full commercial potential of audiences. We're at the forefront of the shift where platforms are the new networks, creators are the new media companies, and fans want to belong, not just watch.

About The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help drive Dizplai's next phase of growth. You'll be helping some of the world's leading sports organisations, broadcasters and media companies create richer, more engaging audience experiences through our interactive engagement platform.

Working alongside our SDR, you'll take ownership of progressing qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline, building relationships with prospective customers and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys uncovering new opportunities, developing strategic accounts and working at the intersection of sports, media, technology and the creator economy.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive New Business

  • Progress qualified opportunities from discovery through to close
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the SDR to maximise outbound campaigns and lead conversion
  • Develop relationships with customers across sports, media, broadcasters, publishers and creators

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
