Business Development Manager – MSP / IT Reseller
UK Remote - £45k–£70k + uncapped commission
DigiTech are partnered with an established MSP who are scaling their commercial function and bringing in experienced Business Development Managers who want to make a real impact, whether that’s leading teams in the future or staying hands on as a top performer.
This is a role for someone who loves opening new business, building pipeline at pace, and owning accounts end to end. You’ll be joining a high energy sales environment with genuine progression, autonomy, and the chance to shape how the outbound function grows. Our client prioritises working with the markets top vendors from IT providers to Cyber Security/AI vendors, keeping top services and products at the forefront of their portfolio.

The Role
- Outbound new business across SMB–mid-market
- Manage and grow accounts you bring on
- Sell hardware for quick-turn revenue + IT/Cyber services (3–4 month cycle)
- Work across Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, Dell, WatchGuard, Sophos + wider cloud/infrastructure
- Full ownership of pipeline, forecasting, and account strategy
- Uncapped commission and clear progression routes (leadership or specialist sales)
