About PropertyFlow
PropertyFlow is an Edinburgh-based property technology company. Our platform runs listings, pricing, guest messaging and operations for short-term let hosts across the UK, and our managed service, delivered with local PropertyFlow Partners, runs properties end to end for landlords who want the income without the work.
The app is live on the App Store and Google Play, we are expanding across the UK now, and we are building city teams in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Leeds.
The role
A field sales role built around 20 hours a week. You work to the Business Development Manager for your city, you are out meeting landlords and local hosts, and you are paid on what goes live.
It suits someone who sells well in person and wants earnings that grow with their book: a recent graduate, a property or lettings professional building something of their own, someone with another part-time role, or someone returning to work.
Qualify the inbound landlord enquiries for your city and follow them up the same day.
Visit landlords and local hosts: see the property, explain the service, close the agreement in the app.
Close alongside PropertyFlow Partners in your city on their landlord introductions.
Help local hosts who use our software move to the full managed service.
Prospect: letting agents, landlord groups and listed properties in your area.
Keep HubSpot current every day; your BDM runs the numbers from it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Hours and where you work
20 hours a week, agreed with your BDM and flexible across the week, including some evenings and Saturdays when landlords are available.
Field based in your city. Newcastle and Leeds are home and field based; Edinburgh works from our Edinburgh office and the field.
The role works alongside study, another part-time job or your own business, as long as it does not compete with ours.
Monthly team day in Edinburgh, with travel paid.
Where it goes
Once 15 properties you closed are live, you are offered a full-time role on a full-time salary. The recurring commission on your properties continues either way.
What you bring
At least a year in sales or a customer-facing role where you closed, with an example you can walk us through.
Local knowledge of your city and confidence meeting people in person.
An interest in property; short-term let or lettings experience is a plus, not a requirement.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is an advantage, especially in Newcastle and Leeds.
You must already have the right to work in the UK for at least six months from your start date, and your status must allow at least 20 hours a week of employment. Sponsorship is not offered at the point of hire.
