Company Description
CoEntry Health Tech is a growing digital health consultancy that helps innovative health-tech companies access, sell into, and scale across the NHS.
We work with early-stage and scaling digital health businesses that have strong products but need experienced commercial support to navigate NHS structures, procurement, and adoption. Our approach is lean, practical, and hands-on — acting as an extension of our clients’ commercial teams rather than a traditional consultancy.
Role Description
As a Business Development Manager at CoEntry, you will be responsible for generating and progressing new commercial opportunities for both CoEntry and our clients. You’ll work closely with founders, NHS stakeholders, and internal project leads to shape outreach strategies, manage pipelines, and convert conversations into meaningful traction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound business development across NHS Trusts, ICBs, PCNs, and related healthcare organisations
- Build, manage, and progress sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Represent CoEntry and its clients on calls, meetings, demos, and at events
- Support go-to-market strategy development, including messaging and target account planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS decision-makers and partners
- Track performance against KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversions
- Feed back market insight and intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the Founder and wider team to refine and improve commercial approaches

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
