About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing telecoms business. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with organisations across the UK, and driving sales of telecoms and connectivity solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B telecoms products such as mobile, connectivity, VoIP, cloud communications, internet services, IoT, and managed telecom solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional looking to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the UK.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with key decision makers.
- Present telecoms solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Create and deliver proposals, quotations, and business cases.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with SDRs, account managers, and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B telecoms sales.
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience selling Vodafone, O2, EE or Three business solutions.
- Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, leased lines and cloud communications.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics.
- Existing network of UK SME and Mid-Market contacts.
- Telecoms channel or reseller experience.
