Are you ready to Be Your Best Barr None?

Let's Grow!!!

We are all about Being Your Best Barr None and having a career with real Moments that Matter!

Employing around 950 people across the UK, we are proud to be a responsible business that takes care of our people, values diversity, gives something back to our communities, and works to minimize our environmental impact.

For 150 years AG Barr has been building great brands and is home to some of the nation's favorite flavors.

At our core is IRN-BRU, launched in 1901 and still going strong today, the vibrant RUBICON fruit-based brand, Boost making every moment better with a caffeine kick, hydration hit, or tasty treat, and FUNKIN where real fruit means authentic taste.

We also have a number of exciting owned brands within our portfolio including MOMA, which crafts quality oats into great tasting oat drinks and porridges.

There's never been a better time to join us!

What we’re looking for…

As our Business Development Manager looking after our Bestway and dual responsibility for our Costco accounts, you’ll take full ownership of a key customer portfolio—driving performance across revenue, market share, and profitability while making every penny of commercial investment count. You’re just as comfortable navigating complex relationships across buying, marketing, supply chain, and eCommerce teams as you are diving into joint business plans and guiding direct reports to success. If you bring strong commercial grit, a collaborative spirit, and a track record of delivering key sales fundamentals, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include...

Channel Strategy

  • Achieve all agreed Key Performance Indicators by Customer within the agreed annual budget costings (e.g., Invoice Revenue, Customer Contribution, Market Share & Forecast Accuracy)
  • In conjunction with the BDMs/Controllers/Commercial, the BDMs will also be responsible for managing and increasing the overall Invoice contribution % through effective SKU mix management.
  • Monitor promotional activity to ensure brand strategies are delivered within the account base. Challenging key contacts within the account base to ensure we deliver maximum return on investment of promotional spend based upon analysis and evaluation of sales data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
