£45,000 - £50,000 + uncapped commission (£70k+ realistic OTE)

I’m working with a growing education technology business looking for a New Business Sales Executive to drive new partnerships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK.
About the Role
This is a full cycle new business role, taking opportunities from initial prospecting through to demonstration, negotiation, and close.

The Role
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, marketing leads, referrals, networking, and events
- Build relationships with school leaders, curriculum/literacy leads, and MAT executives
- Deliver product demonstrations and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of schools and trusts
- Negotiate and close new subscription-based partnerships
- Own your individual revenue target and forecast

What They’re Looking For
- Experience within EdTech, education, SaaS, or selling into schools/MATs
- Proven new business experience with a strong track record against sales targets
- Comfortable generating your own pipeline and managing the full sales cycle
- Commercial, resilient, and confident speaking with senior stakeholders
- Passionate about education and improving outcomes for young people
