Business Development Manager / Bridging Finance BDM

A Business Development Manager / Bridging Finance BDM is needed to join Bridge Help, a fast-growing specialist bridging lender with an ambitious approach to growth. This is an opportunity for an established property finance professional to bring their broker relationships to a lender where decisions are made by experienced people and good opportunities can move quickly.

Bridge Help takes a practical, relationship-led approach to lending. Rather than relying on rigid processes, the team works closely with brokers to understand each opportunity, structure sensible solutions, and get viable deals completed. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced BDM who already knows the bridging market and can make an immediate impact.

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of developing new business, growing existing broker relationships, and increasing Bridge Help's presence across the specialist property finance market. You'll use your established network to generate opportunities while continuing to identify and develop new broker accounts.

From initial enquiry through to completion, you'll remain closely involved. You'll understand the borrower's requirements, identify quality lending opportunities, and work alongside underwriting and case management to structure and progress deals efficiently. Just as importantly, you'll keep brokers informed, build trust, and develop relationships that generate repeat business rather than focusing solely on individual transactions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
