Business Development Director - Capital Advisory

Artane Partners | Remote (European or Gulf hours) | Full-time

About Artane Partners

Artane Partners is a Dublin-headquartered capital advisory firm connecting growth-stage companies with institutional investors and family offices across the GCC. We work a curated network of 700+ Gulf allocators and run a heavily automated origination engine, so our pipeline problem is the good kind: more qualified conversations than we can currently take.

The role

You will run qualified, pre-booked calls with founders and CEOs raising institutional capital, and convert those conversations into signed advisory engagements. This is not a prospecting seat. You will not cold call, build lists, or chase replies - our systems book your calendar. Your job starts when a qualified founder appears on it and ends when the engagement letter is signed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you will do

  • Lead 3-5 scheduled calls per day with founders raising USD 5M-100M+
  • Diagnose each raise (stage, structure, investor fit) and present the right engagement tier
  • Convert calls into retained mandates (engagements from EUR 15k-30k plus success fees on capital placed)
  • Run a disciplined follow-up cadence through our CRM - proposals, decks, and investor materials are generated for you
  • Feed structured call intelligence back into the pipeline so qualification keeps sharpening
  • Work directly with the founder and deal team; your input shapes offer design and positioning

What you bring

  • 5+ years closing high-value B2B professional services, financial services, or advisory engagements (EUR 10k+ ticket sizes)
  • Fluency in capital raising conversations: you can hold your own on raise structures, valuations, and investor appetite without a script
  • A consultative close style - founders should feel advised, not sold to
  • Evidence of consistent quota performance in a remote, autonomous setting
  • GCC market exposure or MENA investor familiarity is a strong plus, not a requirement
