Business Development Manager
£60,000 - £85,000 p.a.

A well-established construction and property consultancy is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The consultancy prides themselves on inclusivity and diversity and they provide excellent benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth within a highly respected consultancy with a strong reputation across the built environment sector. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the delivery of the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Developing client relationships
- Identifying new opportunities
- Supporting the delivery of the company’s growth strategy
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within the construction, property, development, or built environment sectors
- A proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful project wins
Benefits
- 36.5 hour work week
- 33 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays and increasing with tenure)
